Always here for you.
In 1938 the credit union opened to serve the employees at two local paper mills. Back then, most families lived on less than $50 per month. Times have changed. Together we have made a difference and have achieved 80 Years of Service for the betterment of every member, including local families, students, business owners, and longtime residents. It’s time to celebrate and you’re invited to join in the fun.
“I had come into the credit union because my grandpa said St. Helens Community was good with home loans. Dave was amazing. He took care of everything. That sealed the deal for me.”
Carissa, St. Helens
“We tried our old financial institution and even went to a bank. Then we went to St. Helens Community Credit Union. They helped us find a way to buy that house. They took chances that the others wouldn’t. That’s why I always tell my real estate clients to go to their credit union”
“If a credit union like St. Helens Community can help you, they will. ”
“I was invited to a special seminar called Budgeting and Brews. I was struck by the fact that the credit union really cares about the financial well-being of its members. They aren’t about making money. There was no guess as to where I was going to move money accounts.”
Holly, St. Helens
“St. Helens Community has been great. I cannot remember a time that the credit union said no. They are always willing to work with us. It’s like we’re doing business with friends.”
